Well I just checked the status of my case online and it said our case has been denied... This after waiting 6 months after our interview for a decision. What is confusing about it all is that the officer working on our case was super nice said our case was approved at the time but we just needed to send in our new medicals. She even said she would help us out by getting us the 10 year green card. My husband has no criminal record at all and our case was pretty straightforward. I am about to have my baby in August and don't need this added stress. Has anyone been through something similar? What do I do next and what are my chances of approval?
