Question regarding to AOS application
Hi everyone!
My husband is a green card holder. We submit form I 130 last year and got the PD date on 4/11/2018. My visa is currently available. My question is should I wait until my I 130 gets approved before submitting my AOS package or should I just submit it now.
Since I been read many stories in this group saying that their I 130 gets approved after the interview so I assuming they submit the I 485 package before the I 130 gets approved. My other assumption is because their petitioner is USC, that's why their I 130 gets approved after the interview.
If anyone has the same situation with me, please share your experience.
