I attended my interview last year and my i30 was approved, but the officer denied my i485 because he said did I could not prove I was inspected. I submitted my personal testimony along with FOIA entry record at the time of the interview. I received the denial letter and it state that they didn’t know where I received my entry record from the FOIA request. It was clearly from cpb. I told the officer that. My lawyer filed the i290 and my case was reopened. In the brief submitted my lawyer spelled out how we got the record submitted.The office then sent a ref for my expired medical. Does this mean I might get approved? I mean why would they request my medical again. They had denied my application the first time when the medical was clearly expired.
