Missing I-94 Record on I-94 official website
Hi,
I just would like to record my experience for anyone has the same issue.
My green card interview was scheduled on 7/24/19.
When I tried to retrieve my I-94 record in the exact way how I did it for the past 5 years, the I-94 official website returned "No record found for traveler".
I then contacted with my port of entry (Detroit).
I reached out at about 9PM EST to Passenger Processing Supervisor on duty and was told to email the following email address to get the error corrected.
The required info that needs to be included in the email has been discussed here:
I will record their processing time. Hopefully I can get it before my GC interview. Finger crossed.
