Interview- Nov 2018
I-130 RFE - May 2019(responded)
I have reached out to Us is regarding both the I130 and I485 and got a letter for each saying there’s no timeline for my case. Everytime I called they keep saying it’s within my processing time. It has almost been a year after my interview.
I have contacted my congress woman and my lawayer filled an SR(we did too that’s how we got the letter response).
Should we ask our lawyer to file a writ of manadus?
