Quick question on behalf of my friend.....
When we apply for the removal of conditions on GC , Do we have to apply before the 90 days of the expiration of the conditional green card or Do we have to apply before 90 days of the second wedding anniversary?On the USCIS website it says "apply before 90 days of the second wedding anniversary'
