I-130 denied!
Hey guys,

So today we received a denial notice in the mail. Basically we used to live in California we filed 130, 485, 765 forms there about a year ago, then on January this year we moved to Connecticut so we informed USCIS about the change of address and we received our confirmation letters in the mail a few days later. Later that month We received denial letters for 485, and 765 forms were denied due to not meeting minimum poverty guidelines. But 130 was still pending so we decided to get an attorney and we re filed 485, and 765 again with our attorney on June 2019. A few weeks ago we received a letter in the mail from California Field office for a interview to establish our marriage was genuine, but the interview was in Los Angeles California and we don’t live there no more. so we told our lawyer and she sent them a letter telling them the reason why we wouldn’t be able to go for the interview in California and to move our case to our current field office in CT, but today we got a letter in the mail that our 130 form was denied due to not showing up for the interview.

Now my question is; has anyone experienced anything like this before ? Please I would really appreciate it if you could tell us your experience. Thank you, guys!
