I have appeared for h1b interview in Mumbai last week along with my wife and kid. VO asked me few basic questions and stated that he needs additional documentation and handed over me 221(g) white form. I told him twice that I have few docs available. But he said that "I am sure that you are not carrying these docs". Please bring them personally any working day.
He has ticked the following on 221(g) form.
Petitioner's needs and how beneficiary intends to address them
how the H/L worker will be employed during next 12 months. Contact details of the client and project description etc..
My employer said that it will take 4 weeks to get the docs from attorney. Not to worry.
Has anyone faced such issue in Mumbai before. Also, what are the chances of getting the visa after submitting the said docs.
Unfortunately, there are other guys who attended from the same consultant and got the visa successfully. I am the only unlucky one so far.
