Hi Everyone
I'm new to the forum. I was wondering if anybody here had experience with online account being locked. I didn't forget my password and I only tried to log in once when it showed me the message (never had an issue before).
Also the reason I tried logging in is that case tracker app sent me notification that I had a case status update which turned out to be no update.
My timeline (Chicago USC marriage based NBC)
May 3rd 2019 paperwork sent
May 8th 3 notices paperwork received
May 11th biometric notice
May 31st biometric appointment
Nothing since then
