HI! My Primary Sponsor doesn't have the financial capability because she's still studying and don't have work so she don't have any documents to support the (I-864) Affidavit of Support. However we have a joint sponsor that have a capability and can submit all the supporting documents.
My question is, should the primary sponsor still needs to submit I-864 even she doesn't have the supporting documents such as w2, letter of employment, etc?
