H1B stamping 221g White Slip
Hi Guys,
I am looking for a suggestion here. I came to my home country for first time H1B stamping and my case went to Administrative processing and its been over 6 months that it is still under AP. The visa counselor kept my passport and issued me a white slip. I submitted the list of questions they asked for after one day of my visa interview which were mostly security related.
I know its a frustrating process and nothing can be done about it. Is there anyone here whose case is under AP with white slip and the embassy also kept the passport?
Also, I know this might not help, but can any lawyer in the states help me?
I am a full time employee working for a renowned company in NYC.
