Timeline after placing a service inquiry
Hi guys,

I called USCIS and ask the agent (or officer) to place a service request for our I-485 (one of those inquiry starting with T1S). The agent did. When I am logging in to egov.uscis.gov, I see that a note has been added that "as of July 26 a service request for being outside normal processing with number T1S... was not assigned for processing". that was the only change. I wonder when do they usually do the assignment? After a few days they come with what status change for this request? The final outcome will be a template response asking me to give them 30 days to investigate? Please tell me your experience.
