How long it takes for 160 waiver to process in nyc
Pd August 2017 after our interview in March 2019 we received a paper in July 2019 states that in order to give us a final decision we needed to file an 160 waiver. They give us less than a month to file sent it to lockbox in Chicago and show proof that we sent the forms in person to federal plaza. My question is how long will it takes for them to process the waiver. It’s gonna be 2 years next month that we started our l-485 process. Please anybody with same experience can you share the timeline and experience. Tia
