Do i need to be in Status when i filed GreenCard
Guys I was talking to my friend regarding my case and process, he raised a doubt that making me kind of worry. I was F1 student before and I got married in Jan2018 but I was out from status as a student in FEB 2018 and i filed for I485 in March 2018. Is this gonna be any problem in interview that they gonna ask anything like why i wasnt in status at that time and am I comes under Illegal cause after my marriage i gave two months gap to file for I485, in that two months gap i lost my F1 status. In march i filed for I485. this situation making me worry, Please let me know if anyone of you knows about this. Thank you
