Adjustment of Status - I-485

I have an AOS pending (based on grant of asylum more then 1 year ago) for a while now, submitted in August 2016, received an rfe feb 17 to apply for "nunc pro tunc asylum" i-589 to reinstate my status because i got married i wasn't eligible to adjust, i-589 was approved by houston asylum office, i sent the approval to Nebraska office, never received an acknowledgement or anything, i filed an inquiry case out of normal processing time, inquiry was assigned to an office but 30 days passed never heard back from uscis on my inquiry, today i called uscis support line talked to tier 2 IO there mentioned my inquiries are going to asylum office, they dont have my asylum approval, i sent one already i requested i can send again if needed but io mentioned they are waiting to hear back from asylum office at the moment i dont have any action i could take, now i dont know what to do as asylum office mention they have nothing to do with my 485 they only had 589 which they approved and notified the applicant
