Filed in Long Island, NY and we were called very early for an interview even before i got an Employment Authorization Document. My wife got ALL questions except my father's name, so with just that, the IO told us he can't give us the GC on the spot and that a response would be sent to us. It's been months now. Is there a way i can request an EAD while our case is being processed?
