Question about National Benefit Center
I have a question does National Benefit Center is the only facility that process all filed documents for this category of i485 adjustment of status? How about our current field office? Do they process it too? I am kind of confused with the process. My i485 case status said National Benefit Center. Does that mean that my Santa Ana field office timeline will not affect my timeline since National Benefit is the one that is handling my case? Please let me know!
