After July 2019 no EB3 numbers available
Hi,
I went for I 485 interview on 30th july. My PD is 06/30/2009 from EB3 India. The officer said that there are no EB3 visas available through rest of the year even if my PD was current during interview. So, even if my case is approve-able she cant grant me a card. I have to wait till October and mostly with the new year numbers I will get my card.
Has anyone experienced the same after mid July?
Now I am quiting my current job with the petitioner and joining a new job. Should I wait till October and then file the 485 J from new employer or file it just after joining the new job?
