Hello finally after 2 years and 4 months my husband got his GREEN CARD. Pd April 2017. Interview August 2017. We never heard anything. Contacted senator and we got response that our case is under further review. I sent inquirie regarding i130 and 3 months later we got NOID for i130. I collected all evidence and wrote statement. We got approved for 130. Same day my husband got RFE they were asking for new medical. We sent that right away. Week after thar we got 10 year GC.
