Hi everyone
Finally my case move after interview done in November 2018
I130 approved
Now last week they send NOID notice
They requested evidence of my husband entry in USA
( he is on DACA but his did filled in 2001 so hubby
Will not need waiver)
We took that 2001 file copy but it was lil faded so IO
Could not read the case number
After 6 months we submitted Infopass then they send NOID
Question is after submitting the NOID how long Dora uscis
Take to respond?
Will it approve or there are chance to denied ?
Pls pls share your experience
