Marriage fraud
I have been interacting with other women involved in cross cultural marriages. Come to find out, many were made to believe their husbands had never married before. For some the sister or mother turned out to be the actual wife through traditional marriage.
Once a guy gets his green card, he disappears or divorce his American wife in order to begin the process of filing for his sister or mother (wife) who comes with fake documents (BC, marriage or divorce papers, etc).
Can one of the women confidentially report this to USCIS without them telling the husband what and how they found out the truth, in order to protect the wife from potential abuse?
