I am glad to share my exp with all you folks. I have been following this group and you guys have been tremendously helpful.
I applied for my EAD early March. The USCIS received it on March 11 (when I checked my case status without creating an account). It has been so until last Friday. Last Friday, my husband asked me to make an account. We also found that on Friday we can chat with an executive of USCIS. We did both. Once we created our account, it showed us that USCIS received it on March 15th and not 11th. On Saturday we got an email saying a new card under production.
I am not sure which helped — the chat with an executive or creating an account.
The reason for our chat was also because of someone here shared their experience saying, the following chatting with USCIS executive their case got approved in 5 hrs. I also strongly believe creating the account helped.
HELP NEEDED — I was wondering, given that my EAD expired in June 2019, the new one that I receive will it be a continuation of my previous EAD or will it have a new starting date. Any help is appreciated.
