RFE Bona Fide Marriage w/o EAD/SSN
Hello,
Today I received Request for Evidence for Bona Fide Marriage. I never received EAD/SSN so We dont have that much evidence to show. We have the following:
- Joint checking account
- My spouse added me as Life insurance beneficiary (the other benefits like medical insurance require SSN)
- My spouse added me as Emergency Contact at her work
- We dont have a lease because we’re staying with my best friend and we’re not paying rent or utilities so don’t know how to prove cohabitation- Please HELP!
- we have like 200 pictures, wedding rings receipt, moneygram receipt, gift receipts, airline confirmation emails, etc.
What else can we show?
