EAD WAITING PERIOD NBC - Outside The Processing Time

Thank you for sharing your experiences! it is really good to know what is going on about the processes.
I applied family-based greencard in February and my case was approved on the 12th of Feb. I went to fingerprint appointment one month later and then did not hear anything. Still waiting. When I checked EAD waiting period, it was 4-6 months in February for National Benefit Center, and then it turned to 6.5-8.5 months. Now I checked and it is 10.5 -12.5 months! I'm shocked to be honest :/ My husband called them a month ago they told us to just wait.
I am just wondering if we want to expedite our case due to outside the processing time, should we do it nowadays or wait a little bit longer? I am kinda feeling hopeless since they keep changing processing time.
