Hi all,
I had interview on Dec 5 2007 with Chennai Consulate, After verifying my Degree certificates they issued 221g blue form asking for Unemployment wage report of State Virgenia, Project Detail, Employer Tax return form,List of Employees and asked me to submit these documents along with form 156, passport to VFS office Bangalore.
on 20 February 2008 These documents were submitted along with passport, but on 28th February they returned my passport along with white form(which states " your case has been suspended and will return back to USCICS") what does it mean?
Can anyone tell me what would be the reason for this?
Is the case really suspended?or can Still I have hopes????????
Because when I called my petitioner about the same, they say they would verify from the US office and get back to me, which I don't believe.
Please clarify my doubt......
