Travel while waiting for green card
My Case status just got changed yesterday to "Card is being produced" and i been told by friends and by reading this forum that it takes 5-10 days to receive the actual green card in mail however my question is if i didn't receive it in that time frame can i still travel somehow without it? is there some sort of stamp for example that i can get on my passport from the USCIS that will allow me entry after travel? I booked a vacation overseas for second week of September and i am a bit nervous about this! thanks for your help in advance!
