Confused...
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has had this happened to them before.
On July 25, 2019, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number MSC199 **** *, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case.
I'm still confused on why the post office didn't deliver this letter, after it has delivered all my other letters from USCIS.
When i call to check on whats going on with my I-130, they tell me i have to wait til the mid(August 23rd) of the month to find out any information.
So I'm here worrying because i don't know what's going on.
My current timeline
PD: July 1st 2019
Bio: July 23, 2019
Bio was reviewed and completed: July 24th 2019
Now it just stuck at Fingerprint was reviewed and completed for both I-485 and I-765
I also expedite my I-765 on August 2, 2019.
They told me to wait 5 business days, until i recieve an email from them. So far nothing in both regular mail and spam. Called and they told me it can take up to 30 days before i here anything. Lord knows i can't wait that long.
My husband and I have 4 children and we both live off of both of our income. He make above uscis requirments for spousal support. But as my lawyer say the money i make a year is more than enough to support myself. Anywho we're suffering greatly, because a big part of my income is missing; and my job is currently waiting for me to bring in my EAD.
I'm so frustrated right now.
