Expediting EAD and AP
Hi, I have a pending i-485 AOS with concurrently filed i-131 and i-765 for Advance Parole and EAD combo card. For both I received a receipt notice. I called USCIS to request and expedite my i-765 and got a letter from USCIS with instructions to send my evidence to a fax number.
When I check the online portal the expedite request is only on i-765 but obviously I want my AP also to be expedited and get the combo card. If USCIS approves my request for expedite am I at risk that they disconnect the two documents or that they will not speed up my EAD because my AP wasnt expedited? Or will the EAD expedite pull the AP along and expedite that also automatically?
Its confusing to me because its two receipt notices but my understanding is it comes in 1 combo card.
