Just wanted to share my experience.
NBC filer, no lawyer. Filed I-485 & I131 on Dec 13, 2018. Case is ready to schedule for an interview on January, 2019.
Filed I-765 application on February, 2019.
RD February 15,2019
——long wait, ended my job on Jun 17 due to the expiration of my OPT card.
Misunderstood the Receipt of the I-765, thought I could extend my OPT using the receipt, did self E-verify, met with company lawyer (not helpful), stopped working immediately.

Filed expedite request via phone call on July 19, 2019
July 25, expedite case assigned to officer, response mailed to me.
July 29, received letter, fax all documents to the number provided 4 PM.
—-called USCIS: hey, did my documents go through?
August 1, expedite case got assigned to an officer again.
August 2, case went out of normal processing time due to processing time change, raised a SR.
—-online chatted with USCIS about the SR.
August 5, online chatted with USCIS about expedite case, and mentioned job offer. The representative told me to wait.
August 5 night, “we ordered your new card”
August 7, “we mailed your new card”
