I need advice on what to do,especially if the fault is entirely on uscis,
I submitted new and alot of evidence during my interview, which I confirm, they did not go through it,
I know this because they sent me a letter of intent to deny,based on the initial evidence I submitted earlier, which wasn't much,
My interview was on 08/01/19
I had over 20 pictures from vacations with both my family and my husband's, their letter states they have 8 pics where we had the same clothes, I mean?
I submitted gym membership
Joint bank accounts
Relocation letters
Notarized letters from friends
Over 20 pics
Utility Bill's
Emergency contacts from hubby
Updated medical records
Flight itineraries
Screen shots of texts
Proof of our current new home
I am so frustrated, I honestly believe the lady who interviewed us did not submit the folder I left with all the supporting documents,to her supervisor as she had said,
Now I'm going through all this because my supporting documents haven't been looked at
Please, anyone, if you know or can share your experience on the best way forward, I will appreciate,
