07/31/2019 Expedite Requested
08/04/2019 It has not assigned to an officer
08/05/2019 Called ucsis and new request made,
08/05/2019 Site says officer sent response and completed but never received email
08/06/2019 Called Ucsis again and asked them where is the mail, Waited 4 hours to talk with Tier 1
08/06/2019 She forwarded that email, They requested evidence
08/06/2019 Faxed the documents same day

After this date, Online has been changing every day, it updates itself , On 08/06 it was saying case was completed , today it says same thing with today's date 08/09

Does that mean there is an update on processing ? Online still shows case was received nothing changed

If anyone has an idea and share with me, I would be appreciated
