I had an interview with USCIS for September 12th, but they canceled the interview and rescheduled for September 19th. My interview is at 26 Plaza in NY. My question is, is it normal for USCIS to cancel the interviews? Do I risk seeing the interview being canceled again? Thank you for your opinion or if it ever happened to you. Thank you.
