Has anyone had any luck with Chat with Emma? They don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
I was trying to find out the location of our case, I-485, I-130, I-765, and they acted really sketchy.
Then I told them we were getting worried cause my attorney said sometimes they misplace cases.
They didn’t have response to this and just kept repeating is there anything else I can do?
They eventually ended the chat leaving us hanging.

We’re jyst trying to find out ANYTHING. We don’t understand why people who filed after us are being prioritized.
Anybody have any ideas, experience, suggestions?
