Need advice
I have been reading different forums to see if anyone had a similar experience to the one I am experiencing now but it doesn’t look so here is my time.
05/13/2019 - Submitted I-130, I-485 and I-765.
05/23/2019 - Received I-797C
07/25/2019 - Received a courtesy letter from USCIS that the civil surgeon signed the medical application 60 days prior to submitting. I submitted the AOS package the same day I picked up the seal medical from the doctor’s office.
I have yet to receive a biometric notice I contacted the call center a service request was made but hasn’t been assigned for processing as yet. I’m confused as to how I got a courtesy letter before a biometric appointment. Any thoughts members of this forum?
