Hey Guys! Recently I got my green card and even though I have been married to my husband for 4 years I could not sponsor him because he was finishing his waiver job, Now that is done can any of you help me and tell me what applications or paperwork I have to submit for him to get his greencard?
Do I have to submit I130 too? Or directly just apply for I485, I 131 , I 765, I 864 (signed by me) and G 28?
