Maintaining F1 status
Thank you everyone for sharing their experience. I have to say this immihelp is so informative and helpful. I am in EB3 Unskilled visa category and in 15th of this month I got my EAD and I still have F1 status. Do you people think if I will maintain my F1 status I will be in my safe side ? I have not done any kind of illegal stuffs, just I have doubt in my mind.
