Baltimore field Office Oat Ceremony
I was wondering if someone could tell me when the ceremony actually starts.
My ceremony appointment is at 11am, but was wondering when will it actually start. I have some friends who would like to attend, but I don't want them to have to come at 11am if the ceremony does not start until Noon. Also, does anyone know how many guests we are allowed to invite?
