Hi All,
We have the interview next month and they require Medical Exam. On the letter says, Provide Medical Exam (Unless already submitted) We have submitted the Medical Exam My husband (NOW) had done for the I-129 back on April 2018. I have called twice to ask if those medical exams are good or does he have to have new exams done???? and USCIS wasn't able to answer my question. The only answer I got: He needs to bring his Medical Exam in a sealed envelope. Which it will be another $375.00.
my question is: Do his Medical Exam from April 2018 and that were submitted with the petition are still good? Do they expire after a date from original date of exam? or do they have a date of expiration from submission with the I-485 which it was in December 27, 2018 and we have the interview September 18.
and also the letter says bring an interpreter.... Can we bring a friend or does it have to be a Certified Interpreter????
