I have applied for b1/b2 and my interview is in 3 days. Can you please suggest ways to improve my chances?

Age: 24
Marital Status: Unmarried
Occupation: Currently working on Research Projects under a Professor and earning 25,000. (I have a letter from the Professor stating that) Previously left a job paying 50,000 to switch to academics from corporates. I have many fixed deposits in my name.
Purpose: Got Invited by a leading University for presenting my paper at their conference.
Sponsorship: Sponsored by father who is a government employee and earns around 12LPA. Has 2 properties.
No travel history. first time travel.
What do you think are my chances of getting a visa? Is there anything I can improve? Would be really grateful if you can help.
