Change of Address/ Interview Scheduled
Hello people. I would appreciate your advise on how to handle this situation.

All in 2019

Jan 14- PD
Feb 15- Bio
Mar 25- Ready to schedule
June 17 (After expediting)
Aug 15- Interview scheduled

Here is the issue. Myself and wife moved from GA to DC in the beginning of August and we put in a change of address request for USCIS on August 12th. Three days later, on August 15th, the AOS status changed to 'Interview Scheduled'. However, in the case history, the request for address change still shows 'was assigned to an officer for response'. The USCIS customer care advised that address change takes up to 15 days to be updated in the system.

Upon receipt of the interview notice, the interview appointment is slated for September 19, in the GA address, which is the jurisdiction of our old address.

Now that we moved to DC, how do we handle this situation? Should we request for a reschedule? Should we still go ahead and attend the interview at GA?

Your input will be appreciated.
