My H1 and my wife , son H4 interview is scheduled on Aug 28 2019. Please help me on below questions,
1. i dont have LCA - when i ask my employer they said it is not mandatory as i am not going to work in client location
2. dont have SOW and offer latter - when i asked my employer they are saying the above same reason.
Can anyone please help me who went through this scenario.
