My I-130 was sent to National Record Center. what does it mean?
Hi all,

In September 2017, I submitted I-130 and i-485 together, family based, application. We had interview in December 2017. I made several requests infopasses, online and phone calls but until today, August 21, 2019 my case is still pending, no other updated. Last week, I contacted congresswoman office to help with the case, yesterday we received a response, USCIS said the I-130 application was sent to NRC (National Record Center) following review, what does this mean, what can I do to find out what's going on with my application? thanks for your kind answers.
