AOS Interview & Documents required from Sponsor?
Hello,
First of all thanks for taking out time for this, highly appreciate it.
My AOS (concurrent filling, spouse based) was received on 12/04/2018, finally my interview is scheduled for 09/04/2019. (I came to US on h1B)
In the I-864 along with my wife as a sponsor (making aprx. 89K), we mentioned my Income also (under Part 6 item 8).
Now the interview letter state (in required document list) item 3.2: "Letter from each current employer, verifying..................& pay stubs of past 2 months".
QUESTIONS: Do we need to carry these document only form my wife's employer or mine as well?
PROBLEM: I traveled back to my home country in July & when came back this month my EAD showed up in mail hence I started finding a JOB on my own, hence the last paystub I have is for June month.
Please point me to the right direction.
