When can I get my interview
Filed I-485 on 11/2/18 marriage based in Los Angeles County. My spouse is USC.
Got EAD on 3/13/19.
Case was ready to schedule a interview on 3/17/19.
Since then, no updates at all.
Almost 300 days. When can i get my green card interview? T_T
Plus, I overstayed for over 3 months that's why I can't travel abroad even with my AP. Does it affect the background check processing time?
