Just thought someone may need to see this, this forum have been a lot of help! It is just nice to know others may going through the same situation like myself. Here is the good news:
PD: 4/5/19
NBC, C09, filed I-485, 765, 130,131
After 4 months, tried to expedite I-765 through local congressman/senator beginning of August. But not much help from my own experience. Sent the privacy release form, but then no updates for 3 weeks. Then I expedite by calling USCIS by myself at 8/13, because officer could not find any request from congressman.
REF 8/19, online shows it was assigned to an officer. Waiting on the mail or email to fax the proof.(I was anxious about preparing the evidence...)
8/21, new card is in production. Even though I have not fax any supporting documents yet.
8/22, case is approved for both I-765 and I-131. Also I-485 today changed to ready to schedule an interview.
It is total almost 5 months for EAD/AP. How long do you receive the combo card after case approval?? Good luck everyone, I know the wait is killing. But it is coming. God is good!!
