Hi All,
I went to US in Aug 2008. At that time my employer was A. He did not respond properly. He did not pay me, no pay stubs.
After waiting for 2 months I joined company B
Employer B started H1 transfer in Oct 2008
For employer B, I did a project also for 2 months.
We got H1 transfer approval on 21-Apr-2009. But wihtout new I-94. So I had to leave US ASAP. They said that when I came here initially through company A, there is no supportive documents which proves my association and termination with company A. And therefore I was out of status.
Now my questions are:
1) What complications can raise for my re-stamping?
2) What documents will be needed?
3) Do I need to show any client project or in-house project will do?
4) If you feel any other problem then please let me know.
5) Chances of rejection are more under these circumstances for me?
If someone can help me in this matter then I will be very thankful to him/her.
