USC - Marriage based green card
Hey guys. Can anyone help me please?
I overstayed my visa and got married to a USC. I payed a retired immigration officer to do all of the paperwork. I gave to him all the financial documents, but I did not give him any evidence as proof that our marriage is bonafide, as he didn't ask me for any of it. Now i am concerned that my file may be incomplete and that I will get in trouble because of it. What do you guys think? Am in trouble? or if I just bring all the documents to the interview I will be fine?
P.S I received my receipt notice and they did not require any extra evidence
