I’ve been married For one year , my wife kicked me out of the house on April . She asked me monthly money in order to keep her marriage and not to divorce me . On jun my interview has scheduled. Two weeks from the interview she refused to show up . I went by myself and my attorney . We advised to file vawa application due to the abusive . The officer told me that her application will be denied but she said you have 30 days to submit your vawa to Vermont center . I have a lot of Evidences of financially , emotionally , physically.
I have proofs of everything. Bank statement , order of protection from the court against her mom she used to live with us , proof of Psychological therapies that I had due to the stress she made on me .
I have a several recommendation letters from friends , managers , coworkers who I shared with them my situation and they know the details .
I have picture of the physical unused when she bit me on my Shoulder.
I have evidences of bone fide marriage . Medical Insurance , tax jointly , gym membership, castco , amazon , album of photos , phone line , auto insurance , joint bank account. ...etc .
What is my chance to win my Green card as a man ? what is the waiting time to be process as Vermont service center ? I am sending my application this week .
