Travelling On H1 while Marriage based AOS pending
Hello,
I have filed I765, I485 and I130 filed concurrently (marriage based) but I applied I131 after couple of week. Biomatrics done and case status is still "case was received".
I am planning to travel outside of USA in January 2020. I have valid H1B, So I can travel without the need of Advance parole. Does anyone know how long do I need to maintain my H1B status if reenter USA on H1?
Basically I want to switch my employer and want to know, If I enter on h1 while AOS is pending, Do i need to maintain H1 status till GC is approved? Or I can switch employer once I receive EAD?
