Here is my timeline: All in 2019
PD: January 22 I(485, 130, 765)
Bio: Feb 19th
RFE: Feb 8th ( Affidavit of Support, we did not send in orginal transcript, pay stub)
Response to RFE: April 23
Case is ready to be Scheduled for Interview : April 30th
No Action notice for Medical : Sometime in June
The wait game continued until they adjusted PROCESSING TIME and I was eligible to make a Service request for i-765. I was told that I would get a response by August 22nd.
Service Request Inquiry for i-765: July 31
*Case not assigned for processing*
Contacted USCIS via Emma : August 22nd ( I was told to give them the full month for a response).
Made up my mind not to check my status until the end of the full month. Checked i-745 status today and as of AUGUST 26th- EAD WAS APPROVED (WE ORDERED YOUR NEW CARD). I-485 is still at " READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR INTERVIEW". I am so elated that one Milestone has been achieved. I pray for all milestones to be completed soon.
Does any ATL flier knows how long it will take between EAD approved and Interview getting scheduled? Thank you.
